Trust (i.e. Escrow) Liability is core to understanding Chapter 475.05 and the responsibility of a Broker when handling Trust Funds, Escrow and Security Deposits. We will discuss what Trust Liability Means. What is required to fully account for Funds entrusted to a Broker by a Tenant, Buyer or Consumer. We will follow Real Estate license rules and state statutes. The instructor will teach the processes to follow to ensure that a Broker is in proper balance of their account(s). We will cover how to maintain records and review the forms that are required by governing agencies.

Stacey handled all aspects of Business Development, company branding, marketing and business networking listing hundreds of residential homes one at a time, building a substantial portfolio of Management accounts spanning 6 counties. Stacey is also a RE Trainer, Mediator and Conflict Coach. She earned the Advanced Toastmaster Silver in 2004. She is a Certified Relational Wisdom Instructor with RW360.

Stacey has served on various NARPM® Boards since 2012 to include the Florida State Chapter of NARPM® Board and Orlando-Central Florida NARPM® Chapter. 2022 National NARPM® Southeast Regional Ambassador. Currently serving the Florida State Chapter as 2024-2025 designation chair.

If cancellation received less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued however, the registration fee can be applied to a later event with a $30.00 transfer charge. No refunds or registration credit will be given if the attendee cancels on the day of the event or does not show up on the day of event.
