Bruce “Kirk” Eason was born in South Carolina and moved to Florida in the year 2000. Mr. Eason attended Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, FL and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Eason received his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, in Gulfport, FL, in 2009 where he received one of two full merit scholarships, earned the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award, and studied abroad at Nankai University located in Tianjin, China.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009, Mr. Eason has concentrated his practice solely on real estate matters. Mr. Eason is also admitted to the Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida. He has successfully handled thousands of evictions and concentrates his practice in Landlord/Tenant Law and property management law issues.
