EPA Certification for Lead Paint – SOLD OUT!

The EPA Certification course for Lead Paint scheduled for June 13, 2024 is now full and registration is closed.

EPA regulations allow a maximum of 24 students per class. Our local chapter will not be hosting another class this year.

The Education provider, LeadClasses.com, offers EPA Certification classes in Tampa monthly.

If the PMC participates in any of the above four tasks, a certified person must be on the job site during the setup and cleanup portion of the job and is responsible for maintaining all records that prove compliance with these rules. The class instructor will provide forms and examples of the documentation the EPA requires. It is common that the maintenance person is not the paperwork person. Property Managers need this class so that they can ensure all of the documentation is created any time work is done on a pre-1978 unit.
